Body Language in Sales
Face-to-face communication in sales is a whole made up of words, tone of voice and body language. Words relate to “what” we say, while tone of voice and body language relate to “how” we say it. In sales, evaluating non-verbal cues or verbal content in isolation in order to reach correct conclusions can be misleading. All the features of the sales process are inseparable parts of communication. Delivering messages verbally, non-verbally or in writing in a way that suits the desired form of relationship requires developing sending skills and understanding and putting into practice the basic behavioral patterns through which we can increase interaction. Body language training in sales gives you a decisive advantage in your negotiations with your customers. This is essentially what the training aims for.
