Body Language

Face-to-face communication is a whole made up of words, tone of voice and body language. Words relate to “what” we say, while tone of voice and body language relate to “how” we say it. The cause of many conflicts is not what is said but how it is said. Trying to reach correct conclusions by evaluating nonverbal cues or verbal content one by one can be misleading. All features of the communication process are inseparable parts of communication. Messages must be conveyed verbally, nonverbally or in writing in a way that suits the desired form of relationship, sending skills must be developed, and the basic behavior patterns through which we can increase interaction must be understood and put into practice. This is essentially what our training aims for.
