Thinking Innovatively
Whether physical or mental, real or imaginary, personal or social, and at whatever level or dimension, “need” lies at the root of development. Every need that is met creates new ones and helps us grow. Change is an indicator of innovation, and development an indicator that the innovation is positive. Innovation, in turn, is the product of “creative” thinking. Considering the pace of change in today’s information age, we need more creative power with each passing day. How this creative power is to be built and developed is becoming increasingly important for individuals and organisations.
