Communicate, Manage Transformation and Lead
Good communication skills may be a reason for preferring a manager. But for a leader, a high level of communication ability is essential. A leader does not change but transforms; does not change others but transforms them. This is done not with words but with one’s essence. A leader “speaks the language” of the people they deal with. What a leader says and does never contradict each other. And transformation always begins with oneself. So, let no one who lacks the courage to transform step forward. Let no one who cannot hold their tongue attempt to speak. Let no one who does not bow to what is right try to lead others. The aim of this training is to help you begin with yourself, align your words with your actions and recognize the responsibility of being the cause.
