Erkan Eymür
CV
Born in 1973 in the Andırın district of Kahramanmaraş. He graduated from the Systems Engineering Department of the Kara Harp Okulu (Turkish Military Academy). He completed a master’s degree with thesis in Management and Organization at Dumlupınar Üniversitesi, and master’s degrees in Public Relations and Publicity at Selçuk Üniversitesi and in Management Information Systems and Engineering at Marmara Üniversitesi; he also completed the Department of Philosophy at İstanbul Üniversitesi. Between 1996–2019 he served in the Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri, rising from lieutenant to colonel, as project officer, branch director and head of institution; he retired voluntarily in 2019. He worked at ANKA Danışma Grubu between 2019–2024, and since 2024 he has been working at Kentmetre as a data science specialist. He conducts machine learning, clustering, classification, time series and text mining processes in the R language.
